If you've been waiting for a better look at 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter,' the wait is over. This latest red band trailer has all the blood and violence one might associate with one of the nation's greatest presidents.

The trailer comes courtesy of IGN and provides a little back story on how Abraham Lincoln became a vampire hunter, while also implying some rules. You can't have vampire mythology without setting up some rules -- primarily, in this trailer, that they can only be killed by humans. And they don't like fire.

'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter,' directed by Timur Bekmambetov and produced by Tim Burton, is a revisionist history tale starring Benjamin Walker as the titular president who trains under Dominic Cooper to kill some vampires, led by Rufus Sewell, hell-bent on destroying this great country of ours.

The trailer gives off a 'Blade' meets 'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen' vibe, but we're hoping for more of the former, and much less of the latter. Some of the action looks pretty solid, but the effects -- clearly geared for the 3D experience -- aren't anything special.

'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter' hits theaters on June 22. Grab your ax.
