Things Get Black and White in ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’s Latest Teaser

Though it’s starting to feel more and more like an endless collection of photographs, strings, maps and theories cramping our basement walls, we’re still investigating the possible clues left behind by our daily ‘American Horror Story: Asylum‘ teaser.  Of the 21 aired thus far, certain elements still aren’t clicking into place, but darn it all if we aren’t going to figure out what each means before the October 17 premiere.  So what secret does today’s unlocked?

Same Bat-time, same Bat-sh*t crazy ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’ teaser.  But while FX continues rolling out the daily looks into the second season of Ryan Murphy’s horror serial thriller, we continue pouring over the frames to find the secrets hidden within.  The latest teaser, “Door,” seem to highlight either the white (or gray) nun we’ve seen in other teasers, briefly flashing into a different nun with a black habit as she descends down a hallway.

Could it be perhaps, that Jessica Lange’s Sister Jude and the white nun are somehow the same person?  Might one be a divine manifestation, or an alternate personality of some kind?  Could Sister Jude secretly be an inmate of Briarcliff Asylum as well?  And whose hand is that behind the door?  And So many, many questions.
