For a woman who was at her badass prime during World War II, the character of Peggy Carter sure does get around the Marvel cinematic universe a lot. In addition to her memorable turn in 'Captain America: The First Avenger' and her upcoming television series 'Agent Carter,' it looks like Hayley Atwell's tough-as-nails spy will make an appearance in the upcoming 'Ant-Man.'

We had previously heard rumors that Agent Carter (as well as Howard Stark, Arnim Zola and a young Alexander Pierce) would show up during the 'Ant-Man' prologue, presumably to give us an introduction to the young scientific genius Hank Pym. Of course, the much older Pym will be played by the great Michael Douglas, but a flashback that directly ties him to characters we already know would be one helluva great introduction.

Although Marvel itself didn't confirm Atwell's role, a casting call for body double for Atwell in the Atlanta area (where 'Ant-Man' is being filmed) pretty much confirms it. And just in case you're in the area and have the right body type, here's what they're looking for:

Casting directors are looking for an actor to work as a stand-in for the actor Haley Atwell. Haley Attwell is 31, 5’7 and 112 pounds. She is best known for her work in stage productions such as A View from the Bridge, and in films such as Cassandra’s Dream, The Duchess, The Pillars of the Earth, and Captain America: The First Avenger. In addition, casting directors are looking for a body double that meets certain requirements.

You've got to hand it to Marvel and Disney. Putting Peggy Carter in 'Ant-Man' is a great way to strengthen their brand and get more people to check out here TV series, but all we can talk about is how cool their interconnected universe is. You win this round, Giant Corporations!

'Ant-Man' opens in theaters on July 17, 2015.
