After several weeks of waiting, The CW's 'Arrow' will make a timely return with this week's all-new DC-centric installment "Time of Death," which pits Oliver Queen against the villainous Clock King ('Heroes' vet Robert Knepper). Two fresh sneak peeks of the new episode have arrived, showing the DC villain in action, but why is poor Felicity the one taking the heat?

Our first look at this week's "Time of Death" sees master of precision timing William Tockman (Knepper) leading a bank heist from behind the scenes, but even the combined abilities of Oliver and the Canary (Caity Lotz) mean nothing when the villain manages to best Felicity with his computer prowess. A second sneak peek from TVGuide sees Felicity taking the defeat especially hard, given how out of place she feels between Oliver, Diggle and Sara.

Here’s what The CW had to say of next week’s “Time of Death”:

ROBERT KNEPPER AND ALEX KINGSTON GUEST STAR — Oliver (Stephen Amell) brings Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Arrow team. Watching Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) spar with Sara and talk old scars, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) starts to feel left out.

The team is investigating a villain named William Tockman, a.k.a. The Clock King (guest star Robert Knepper), who is a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City. After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman’s whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril.

Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, but Laurel (Katie Cassidy) refuses to attend. After Lance (Paul Blackthrone) makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them.

Well, what do you think? Will 'Arrow' piece together its strongest single-serving DC villain to date? How will "Time of Death" set us up for the remainder of season 2, let alone season 3? Check out the latest sneak peeks above and below, and give us your 'Arrow' predictions in the comments!
