Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag Trailer: A Pirate’s Life for Me

The very latest cinematic trailer for Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag debuted at Ubisoft’s E3 2013 press conference, featuring more of Edward Kenway’s pirate escapades.

And, like any good pirate jaunt, this trailer started with a bar fight. We’re treated to a kinetic wonder as Kenway weaves around the drunken brawlers and finds his target, using his hidden blade to shove him off the mortal coil. Of course, what point would there be in all of the risk if there’s no rewards? So Kenway relieves the corpse of his coinpurse before heading off towards the dock.

We’re then treated to a cool ship battle sequence, complete with boarding action. What ensues is an all-out fracas between the pirates and the navy, ending with the wholesale slaughter of the latter. Yo-ho.

Watch the trailer above and let us know if you’re pumped for the game’s release on October 29, 2013.
