There was so much information revealed at yesterday's Marvel event that we're still playing catch up. You've likely heard by now that Marvel announced 'Avengers 3' and 'Avengers 4' would be released as 'Avengers: Infinity War' Parts I & II in 2018 and 2019. But, what you might not have known is that the live audience at that Marvel event was actually treated to the first 'Avengers: Infinity War' trailer and it's just made its way online.

This is not the greatest copy of the footage, but it's the best copy available online so far. It's similar to the 'Avengers 2' teaser trailer that Marvel showed at Comic-Con two years ago when they announced the 'Age of Ultron' title. We get a lot of footage from the previous Marvel films (mostly focused around what we've seen and know about the existing Infinity stones), with a big reveal at the end.

As we've heard, and as Marvel's Kevin Feige has recently confirmed, is that 'Avengers 3' (or 'Avengers: Infinity War Part I') will see a very different Avengers lineup after the events of 'Avengers 2'. This then gives Marvel the flexibility to bring everyone (and, we mean everyone) together for a massive 'Avengers: Infinity War Part II' to stop Thanos and save the universe from complete destruction.

Josh Brolin is confirmed to play Thanos in both films and likely even some of the films approaching the last two 'Avengers' movies. He'll be joined by the current 'Avengers' cast, plus Chadwick Boseman and whoever else Marvel casts as Captain Marvel.

Check out the 'Avengers: Infinity War' trailer above and check back for an official HD version soon (likely when 'Guardians of the Galaxy' hits DVD and Blu-ray).

'Avengers: Infinity War Part I' opens in theaters on May 4, 2018 and 'Avengers: Infinity War Part II' opens on May 3, 2019.
