‘Batman v Superman’ Takes the Batmobile Out for a Spin in New Clip
A (very) brief clip from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has arrived online, offering another look at the new Batmobile from Zack Snyder’s upcoming superhero showdown epic. The clip is part of the film’s international marketing, and features Batman speeding through a tunnel in his newly-redesigned vehicle, and shows off just how fast and furious this thing can get.
Again, it’s a brief clip, so don’t expect much from the video above, but it does give us another look at the new Batmobile, the design of which nods to both the classic and Chris Nolan iterations of the vehicle. The upcoming Batman v Superman companion book will offer more specifics and detailed photos of the Batmobile, as well.
Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.
Batman v Superman stars Ben Affleck as the Dark Knight, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane reprising their roles from Man of Steel. Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and Ezra Miller’s The Flash are expected to make cameos in the film, which hits theaters on March 25.
