Abbi and Ilana Head to Florida in First ‘Broad City’ Season 4 Trailer

Broad City may be returning for Season 4 later in the year than usual, but Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer certainly used the time well. A jam-packed first trailer for the August premiere sees the girls headed to Florida and going animated, with guest stars from RuPaul to Jane Curtin.

There’s an awful lot going on in the new mildly-NSFW Broad City Season 4 trailer, which features such ridiculous sights as a buff Bevers, giant Abbi and Ilana heads, absurd haircuts, and the animated return of Bingo Bronson. Not to mention, Hannibal Buress’ Lincoln is back, despite a fairly conclusive Season 3 exit.

Here’s the new synopsis:

Broad City returns with a new season of ten episodes that finds Abbi and Ilana experiencing New York City in a whole new way: in the dead of winter. In Season 4 Abbi and Ilana get new jobs, celebrate their Friendiversary, receive a visit from Abbi’s mom, trip on mushrooms, discover their witchdom, and travel to Florida.

Guest stars for the coming season visible in the trailer included Steve Buscemi, RuPaul, Wanda Sykes, SNL great Jane Curtin, and even Shania Twain. And don’t you worry, Comedy Central renewed Broad City for Seasons 4 and 5 prior to the Season 3 premiere.

Broad City Season 4 will premiere on August 23 after an all-new episode of South Park, so check out the latest shorts below and stay tuned.
