A long time ago, Chow Yun-fat was about the coolest guy on Earth. Then he came to America. It's mostly been a sad song ever since.

Bulletproof Monk, based on the identically titled comic by Powers' Michael Avon Oeming, is just one of the predominantly awful American Chow Yun-fat films we had to sit through before learning to stop watching every single thing the guy did. This one featured him as a monk who must find a suitable guardian for an ancient scroll. That guardian he ultimately chooses is none other than Seann William Scott. I guess that's probably all you need to know about Bulletproof Monk.
