The campaign trailer for Call of Duty: Ghosts has arrived, and with it comes the greatest single visual of all time: Riley, the Call of Duty dog, taking down a helicopter.

Things kick off in space, where an orbital satellite drops some heavy artillery on U.S. soil. After the country is devastated, the nation's enemies find it's the perfect time to strike. Narrated by what sounds like Bruce Greenwood, the Ghosts trailer is full of cinematic moments we've come to expect from both Infinity Ward and the Call of Duty franchise. While there are countless players who strictly come to the party for the multiplayer content, Infinity Ward's stories have been among the best in first-person shooters over the past half-decade.

There's a lot to take in during this footage, so go ahead and enjoy the latest tease. If you haven't already pre-ordered Ghosts, there's a not-so-subtle reminder to do so at the end of the trailer. According to GameStop, Ghosts is on track to be the most pre-ordered game of 2013. "Call of Duty is an entertainment juggernaut and cultural phenomenon," Bob Puzon, senior vice president of merchandising at GameStop, in a statement on CVG. "We look forward to celebrating the worldwide November launch of this great game that is on track to be the most pre-ordered title of the year."

Call of Duty: Ghosts will be available on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on Nov. 5. It will also launch on the PlayStation 4 on Nov. 15, and on the Xbox One on Nov. 22.
