‘Carrie’ Official Photos: See a Bloody Chloe Moretz in Action

'Carrie' is something of a horror classic. Remembered for its iconic bloody prom massacre, the 1976 film is being remade with Chloe Grace Moretz taking over for Sissy Spacek (who was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in the film). But how does she look as Carrie White?

Entertainment Weekly debuted the first official stills from the 'Carrie' remake that show Moretz as Carrie and Julianne Moore as her demented mom, Margaret White.

As you can see from the photo below, the shot highlights the aforementioned scene from the end of the movie, when Carrie is doused with pig's blood and finally snaps. Says Moretz of filming the scene:

We only have, like, four chances to get it right. Because that stuff stains your hair.

'Carrie' should get getting its first trailer this Halloween season but for now check out the first official stills from the film below. 'Carrie' hits theaters on March 13, 2013.
