After seeing previews for 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D' and preparation for New York Comic Con 2012 was all set, we were excited to watch Michelle Williams take her spot amongst her coworkers at the NYCC panel. But when we got to the Javits Center, we thought to ourselves, "Did Williams get a haircut or something?"
King Robert Baratheon has long been dead in 'Game of Thrones,' thanks to a hunting expedition, but he's been seemingly been reincarnated in the form of Russell Crowe... or rather, Russell Crowe's new beard, which begs to question if the star is as big of a hot mess as this former 'Thrones' monarch.
Every actor has a dream of making it big in Hollywood when they get older. Like John Galecki, they might start off in a relatively unknown show that then develops a die-hard fan base and turns into one of the top-rated sitcoms on television, but then, almost overnight, these actors transform into iconic movie stars.
That's pretty much what happened to 'The Big Bang Theory' lead because his show is doing incredibly well and his beard makes him look like Mandy Patinkin.
Jennifer "JWoww" Farley may be the only tolerable cast member of the 'Jersey Shore' gang, but she's still a hot mess-and-a-half. It was bad enough that she starred on the MTV reality series for six seasons and got her own spinoff with fellow hot mess Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, but now recent photos suggest she's gotten so much plastic surgery that she's completely changed ethnicities.
It's probably one of the more obvious celebrity look alikes we've ever come across, and yet it's taken us this long to acknowledge it: Our favorite condescending, comedic fashionista from Disney and Pixar's 'The Incredibles' has a real-life twin in the form of Henrietta "Hetty" Lange from 'NCIS: Los Angeles.'
In preparation for 'Taken 2,' hitting theaters tomorrow, we decided to re-watch a couple of Liam Neeson's masterpieces -- 'Clash of the Titans' and 'Wrath of the Titans.' (Okay, so they're not exactly American treasures.) The first time around, we were incredibly impressed with Neeson's stamina and willingness to take on two roles, (Zeus and Hades) but then the second time through took all that reverence away when we realized the actor and his co-star Ralph Fiennes were not the same person.
'The Lone Ranger' just released its first teaser trailer, showing off Johnny Depp in yet another outlandish costume -- this time for Tonto -- and Armie Hammer in his next role as Mr. Lone Ranger himself. While we were excited to se the first official footage of some of the action sequences, scenery and makeup, we couldn't help but think of Jon Stewart and how he may or may not have an illegitimate son out there.
There's a long-ish line of directors who look exactly like the on-screen stars -- the one that immediately comes to mind is Damon Lindelof and Joey Lawrence from 'Blossom.' Now, we've stumbled on another pair after the news broke that 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' found its director... for the second time.
