For some, the annual Comic-Con 2012 is the biggest event that could ever happen in the summertime. It's a great mixture of comics and pop culture all stuffed up into a large convention center by the bay.

But one of the main things that fans go to at Comic-Con 2012 is the flurry of panels. Thankfully for most of you some of the biggest panels of the day don't begin until later on in the morning, so you can still rush off to the Hasbro line on The Floor to grab your limited edition action figure before you start camping outside of Hall H.

So what's going on during Preview Night and Thursday of Comic-Con that you should attend? We've got a couple of things picked out for you just in case you feel like popping into a panel or two in between your visits to The Floor, Artists Alley or that upstairs section that plays random anime shows.

Wednesday (Preview Night)

If you're one of the lucky son of a gun people who managed to get their hands on the four-day pass that includes preview night, you better hunker down in Hall H shortly after those doors open at 6 PM. Why? Because you can check out some television show pilots before they air which include '666 Park Avenue,' 'The Following,' 'Revolution,' 'Cult' and DC's 'The Arrow.' We do hope that show is good.

Thursday (Day 1 of Comic-Con)

There's a lot of different panels going on that pertain to a number of different interests. We'll separate it for you and point out what you guys should see in movies and television. (And note: you definitely should go and see ScreenCrush.com Editor-in-Chief at the Masters of the Web panel that's taking place in Room 24ABC from 4:30-5:30.)
