Excited though we were for a new Dave Chappelle special next week, Equanimity marked the last of his new Netflix material. Well, not anymore! A new trailer confirms that a fourth special will also be released in tandem with the New Year’s Eve debut.

Following an initial clip, Netflix released a full trailer for New Year’s Eve special Dave Chappelle: Equanimity, along with an added bonus. The trailer confirms that additional special The Bird Revelation will join the release, having filmed in November of 2017. The surprise fourth special joins Chappelle’s original Netflix deal for three, including the previously unreleased The Age of Spin and Deep in the Heart of Texas, both of which were shot for the comedian’s personal vault.

Here’s the full Equanimity synopsis:

Emmy Award-winning comedy titan Dave Chappelle is capping a banner year with a stand-up event packed with scorching new material, self-reflection and tough love. Chappelle holds court in a special homecoming performance filmed in front of a packed house at the historic Warner Theater in Washington D.C. In “Dave Chappelle: Equanimity,” the comedian hilariously revels in taking on culture and class, politics and the specter of getting old.

Were that not enough Chappelle for one weekend, Comedy Central also confirms that New Year’s Day will marathon all twenty-eight Chappelle’s Show episodes, starting at 9:00 A.M., leading up to a midnight airing of prior special Killin’ Them Softly. Watch the first clip for Equanimity below, and stay tuned in the meantime.
