‘Dexter’ Preview: ‘Supernatural’s’ Jim Beaver Hits the Table

What the what? 'Supernatural,' 'Justified' and even sometime 'Breaking Bad' star Jim Beaver will guest on an upcoming episode of 'Dexter' season 7, and no one shouted it from the mountaintops? In spite of a bit of Twitter attention, the news received earlier in the summer, it seems the 'Supernatural' star has indeed landed himself a role late in the seventh season of 'Dexter,' but who might he play? Check out the latest pictures to find out!

'Supernatural' star Jim Beaver has already popped up on many of our favorite shows, so it seems a 'Dexter' appearance was long overdue. The actor had earlier tweeted about his potential involvement in the series, along with a role in NBC's 'The Office' spin-off 'The Farm,' which has since failed to earn a pickup.

That doesn't seem to have stopped the 'Dexter' role from going through, as evidenced by the latest photos from episode 10, "The Dark...Whatever." In it, Beaver will take the role of Clint McKay, likely relative (or possibly father) of Yvonne Strahovski's Hannah McKay. Given that the photos below show the three sharing a meal, might wedding bells be in the future for Dexter's latest courtship?
