New ‘Dexter’ Season 7 Premiere Photo Answers the Burning Question
From the moment 'Dexter' began, we've waited patiently to learn what Deb or Rita (whoops) would do if they ever found out the dark truth behind Dexter's nighttime activities. Outrage? Confusion? Acceptance? As we've seen in Dexter's mind before, there's any number of ways people could react, but what will happen when season 7 premiere "Are You..." kicks off this September? The latest photo from production may just answer your burning questions...
'Dexter' season 7 certainly has its work cut out for it when the show picks up on Sunday, September 30, finally answering the burning question of what Deb will do now that she's found her brother in his element, plunging a knife into the Doomsday Killer. All we saw from season 6 finale "This is the Way the World Ends" was her shocked reaction to the kill, absent any real sense of how the revelation will dawn on her, or how Dexter will explain things.
Now, thanks to the latest official still uncovered by SpoilerTV, we may have learned one big, flaming spoiler. From the photo below, it looks like Deb has put down her gun, and cleared Dexter to burn down the Doomsday Killer's church, covering the evidence! Does this mean she accepts Dexter's Dark Passenger, or merely wants to avoid the truth coming out just yet?
In addition to the recent major casting of 'Chuck' star Yvonne Strahovski as "Hannah McKay," a woman with a dangerous past who finds herself embroiled with Miami Metro, ‘Dexter’ season 7 boasts some impressive talent, including ‘Luck‘ star Jason Gedrick as an owner of a gentleman’s club, one which frequently plays host to fellow-cast (and likely major villain) Ray Stevenson, a “high-ranking member of an Eastern European crime ring who arrives in Miami determined to learn who killed one of his associates.”
