Disney Infinity Trailer: To Mobile and Beyond

On Wednesday, Disney Interactive announced two new mobile apps for the upcoming collectible toy game Disney Infinity. Now you'll be able to keep playing whether your at home or on the go.

The first app is Disney Infinity: Toy Box, which lets you build or edit worlds in Toy Box mode right on your iPad. You can then sync your creation with your console to have the world ready to go as soon as you can play. The app also works vice versa, and allows you to transfer and existing world to your mobile device for more editing. You can play with Mr. Incredible for free, but other characters and items will either have to be unlocked with a code from the actual figure or through micro-transactions.

Where Toy Box lets you create new worlds, Disney Infinity: Action! actually lets you interact with the characters from the game. Action! is a movie making app, and you'll be able to put yourself right in the thick of things with Captain Jack Sparrow or Sulley in no time. The app will be made available for free on iTunes and the Windows Store Aug. 15, with Google Play expected to get in on the Action! soon.
