‘Divergent’ Poster: Shailene Woodley Is on the Edge of Glory

As 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' is ready to unleash itself upon theater goers next week, the first installment of a new young-adult film franchise has kicked off its campaign. Summit has unveiled its official 'Divergent' poster, featuring the faces of the series Shailene Woodley and Theo James.

Woodley, who's made a name for herself in 'The Descendants' opposite George Clooney and this year's 'The Spectacular Now' opposite Miles Teller, leads another dystopian world in 'Divergent,' based on the novel by Veronica Roth.

In a nutshell, the film takes place in a future Chicago where citizens are divided up into factions based on specific character traits. Tris (Woodley) is known as "divergent," meaning she doesn't fit in just one of these molds, and she poses a threat to this way of life. Of course, she finds herself on the run along with a hunky warrior type, played by Theo James.

'Divergent' is slated for release in theaters and IMAX on March 21, 2014, but the new trailer will drop tomorrow. In the meantime, check out the new poster below, courtesy of Yahoo Movies.
