As much as 'Doctor Who' and 'Sherlock' show-runner Steven Moffat loves to tantalize and tease us with spoilers during the long, agonizing waits for new series of either, we happily follow.  While 'Doctor Who' series 7 doesn't even have an official premiere date just yet, we pour over every detail that comes of an upcoming season that will introduce a new companion, and take us to the 5oth anniversary.  So, what's on deck for the season opener?

Scandal!  New reports from Doctor Who TV on The series 7 premiere of 'Doctor Who' have us all doing a collective fan sigh, as rumors seem to have been confirmed of trouble in paradise for Amy (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill).  We already know, tragically that Amy and Rory won't stick around for more than a few episodes this season before departing and making way for a new companion (Jenna-Louise Coleman) but will the iconic duo leave on good terms?

Doctor Who TV uncovered four spoilery tidbits for the new series' first episode, set to premiere this fall:

The pre-title sequence of the opener will reportedly see both Amy and Rory kidnapped by a pair of mysterious characters, believed to be working for the Daleks.

One of them, Cassandra (played by Naomi Ryan), is sent to get Amy. Amy is now a full-time model and is doing a photoshoot when she is taken.

Another person, who is posing as a London bus driver, teleports Rory away when he gets on. Rory is on his way to the solicitor to file for divorce at the time.

Cassandra and the bus driver both appear to be human but transform into something else just before they take The Ponds...

Sad news for Amy and Rory, but who's to say they can't work things out in captivity before the end?  And what do the Weeping Angels have to do with this all?  Tune into Doctor Who's seventh series this fall, and let us know what you think in the comments!
