Dragon’s Crown Trailer: Look Upon Some Gorgeous Gameplay Footage

The newest trailer for the gorgeous beat 'em up, Dragon's Crown, shows us a smattering of gameplay that's so beautiful, it makes our eyes bleed with tears. Well, we guess that just means we cried. 

We get to see the Fighter, Amazon, Elf, Sorceress, Wizard, and Dwarf take on an army of bad guys while looking so sharp in that stunning hand-drawn art style. But unless you know how to speak Japanese, you won't get much from the trailer.

We can discern that there are skill cards you can equip to characters that give them special attacks, hidden paths to take, and weird little cherubs that hawk their wares for you to use in battle.

You'll also be able to hook up with up to three other adventurers through the PlayStation Network, regardless of whether they're playing on the PlayStation 3 or Vita. Game saves will also be transferred between both systems, you'll be able to take your adventures with you wherever you go.

Watch the video above and look out for Dragon's Crown when it's released on PlayStation 3 and Vita on August 6th. Until then, let us know what you think of this new breed of beat 'em up.
