This trailer knows just who to pander to. Are you a fan of 'Training Day'? How about 'The Fast and the Furious'? Well, if you like those things and Jake Gyllenhaal, the 'End of Watch' trailer will hit your sweet spot.

Gyllenhaal and Michael Pena play two buddy cops just trying to do their job until a major bust gets them in deep with the wrong cartel. (Is there ever a right cartel?)

If 'End of Watch' looks like your typical police action drama in the vein of the aforementioned 'Training Day,' that's because writer/director David Ayer also wrote that film (as well as 'S.W.A.T.' and 'The Fast and the Furious').

The teaming of Gyllenhaal and Pena looks very promising, and it's always great to see Pena stretch his dramatic muscles with meatier roles.
