Miles Teller is proving to be quite the hot ticket right now. The charismatic star of 'The Spectacular Now' and the upcoming young-adult movie 'Divergent' has seemingly charmed the folks behind the 'Fantastic Four' reboot, as he's now being eyed for the leading role of Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic.

In a bit of, uh, fantastic possible casting news, The Wrap revealed through its new web series, "What's the Deal? With Jeff Sneider," that Miles Teller is one of the most talked-about contenders for 20th Century Fox's reboot of the Marvel super-team, which is being helmed by 'Chronicle' director Josh Trank, with a script that's currently getting a polish from 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter' scribe Seth Grahame-Smith.

Though casting hasn't officially begun, we've previously heard rumors that 'Girls' star Allison Williams is being eyed for Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, and 'Fruitvale Station' star Michael B. Jordan is a possibility for Sue's brother, Johnny/Human Torch. There have been no rumored names as of yet for the part of Ben Grimm/The Thing.

Teller has shown off his acting chops in films as varied as 'Rabbit Hole,' the 'Footloose' remake and 'The Spectacular Now,' and will reunite with his 'Spectacular Now' co-star, Shailene Woodley, for the upcoming film 'Divergent.'

Trank's 'Fantastic Four' is scheduled for a March 2015 release. Check out the first episode of "What's the Deal? With Jeff Sneider" below, as it discusses the casting report.
