‘Fringe’ Season 5 Releases Another Observer PSA, Can We Resist?

After all the photos we saw earlier today of an Observer-ridden 2036, and the dank underworld it forces outlying citizens into, we're starting to think the future presented in 'Fringe's final season might not be so bad after all.  Plenty of sharp-dressed overlords, free brain-scans, and designated living quadrants?  That sure would cut down on travel constraints!  Still, the resistance is ever-resistant, so what do we learn from 'Fringe's latest viral PSA?

Courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter, 'Fringe' has issued yet another viral edict for natives of the year 2036, wherein our Observer overlords specify our residency protocols and precisely what will happen if we don't follow them.  As with last time however, snippets of the 'Fringe' team's resistance break through, as we see a number of protest messages cutting through the footage, including the Fringe Division ID of one Henrietta "Etta" Bishop!

And hey, is anybody curious why these 'Fringe' promos keep talking about American resistance, when the Observers are supposed to have taken over the entire world?
