'Futurama' Shows Us its Future with Season Premiere Clip

We're only 49 days away from the premiere of all-new 'Futurama' on Comedy Central.  How do we know that?  Why, because the network yesterday began its special 50-day countdown to the season 7 premiere on Thursday, June 20, and every day serves up a new look, clip, or artwork to keep 'Futurama' fans going faster than the speed of light?  So what's first up?

As previously reported, 'Futurama's seventh season will premiere with "The Bots and the Bees," which sees Bender impregnating a vending machine at the Planet Express offices, and apparently coming to raise the little bab....bot in his own image!  Boy, that's a welcome difference from what we saw the last time Bender interacted with any of his children.

Disregarding the sheer (and literal) mechanics of such a reproductive act, the first of Comedy Central's 50-day countdown to all-new episodes of 'Futurama' features Bender playing with his precocious little youngster, quickly turning him into the partner in crime he'd always wanted.  But what of poor Fry?  Will he cope with losing his best friend to fatherhood, or even be able to stay in their apartment?

Watch the clip below, keep checking back with us and Comedy Central for all new 'Futurama' material, and be sure to watch the show's two-part season premiere "The Bots and the Bees" and "A Farewell to Arms" on Thursday, June 20!
