'G.I. Joe' Promo Site Lets You Sign Up To Join CobraBritt Hayes |
Do you have what it takes to join the evil forces of Cobra? Namely, do you have basic math and cognitive skills and about twenty minutes to kill? Perfect! You've got the job!
Here's a fun little promotional game courtesy of the people at Paramount for 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation.' Head on over to CobraSpecialForces.com to find out if you have what it takes to join the Cobra Special Forces. Black helmets and suits optional, of course.
The game asks to connect to your Facebook, so if you're worried about your mom thinking you've joined some weird local militia or your friends judging you for liking 'G.I. Joe 2,' you might want to select the option that allows the game to only post to your wall and no one else's.
The "test" begins with a sequence designed to test your memory. Just recall which tiles have red cobras on them -- simple cognitive stuff. Another game asks you to find the next number in a sequence to gauge your ability to recognize patterns in your surroundings.
And hey, even if you only get half of the answers right, that still makes you smart enough to join Cobra. Clearly this shadowy entity is desperate for recruits, as indicated by the grading curve on their standardized test.
