We’ve just two weeks to go until Game of Thrones Season 6 finally pulls back the veil on its debut, but with some lucky folk already clued in by Sunday’s event premiere, even more footage has begun making the rounds. Check out our second official clip, as Dany makes some new friends, while another Jon Snow tidbit emerges from Castle Black!

Following the first official Jon Snow sneak peek, a new clip has been making the rounds, introducing Daenerys’ new Dothraki captors/hosts. The Meereen Queen’s reception could be worse, all things considered, but one gets the sense Drogon won’t be swooping in to save the day just yet.

Also perhaps worth noting, while most details from the Season 6 premiere have been kept under lock and key, The Hollywood Reporter notes that Kit Harington’s name remains in the season’s opening credits, a fairly high honor for an actor purporting only to portray a corpse.

So reads the Season 6 premiere synopsis for “The Red Woman”:

Jon Snow is dead. Daenerys meets a strong man. Cersei sees her daughter again.

And the overall Season 6 logline:

Following the shocking developments at the conclusion of season five, including Jon Snow’s bloody fate at the hands of Castle Black mutineers, Daenerys’ near-demise at the fighting pits of Meereen, and Cersei’s public humiliation in the streets of King’s Landing, survivors from all parts of Westeros and Essos regroup to press forward, inexorably, towards their uncertain individual fates. Familiar faces will forge new alliances to bolster their strategic chances at survival, while new characters will emerge to challenge the balance of power in the east, west, north and south.

In the meantime, check out the latest on the Game of Thrones Season 6 with trailers below, and stay tuned for the April 24 premiere!
