Oh, that Lindsay Lohan.  Will her troubles never end?  Even with all her recent wins, the reasonably successful hosting of 'Saturday Night Live,' Lifetime officially selecting her to play Elizabeth Taylor in their forthcoming movie, and picking up a 'Glee' guest spot, it seems like folks around the 'Glee' set have become rather outspoken about the difficulty working with her.

'Glee's cast and crew remain hard at work filming their final run of episodes for the FOX mega-hit show's third season, no thanks to Lindsay Lohan's lateness, and apparent lack of professionalism.  The notoriously troubled actress had previously been recruited to play herself as a celebrity judge for the upcoming Nationals competition, alongside gossip magnate Perez Hilton and actor Rex Lee.

While Lindsay's first day on the set last week seemed to go well in shooting a long speech of Lindsay's, according to E!, her second day was anything but smooth.  According to an inside source on the set:

"Lindsay was a total nightmare yesterday. She was three hours late in the morning, and when she did finally arrive, she just didn't want to be there. She did not want to work. She had not memorized her lines, and she kept disappearing so no one could find her."

Reportedly, the cast and crew have taken to referring to Lohan as "that girl,"adding that "she has rubbed [the cast and crew] all up the wrong way by being so disrespectful of everyone else's schedule."  Even 'Glee' cast member Dot Marie Jones took to Twitter, saying "Gonna be a long day!! Some ppl show up late and just throw a wrench in things. Not cool! I'd rather be an hour early (I was) than 5 minutes late," though she later deleted it.

Of course, Lindsay Lohan's management was equally quick in retorting to all of the allegations, knowing how much trouble the young actress has had in getting her career back on track.  Insisting her lateness occurred because of a "misunderstanding," Lindsay's spokesman Steve Honig said:

The production team came to us and said that they wanted to start [with Lindsay] right after lunch, which was at 2. They wanted to begin with Lindsay at 3, so that meant she had a lot of time where she wasn't doing anything. That's why people didn't see her. She was then in hair and makeup and began after lunch at 3.

If there was a problem yesterday, I would have just said 'no comment,' however I can't ignore this because this is utter B.S. This is a classic example of people trying to bash Lindsay. She busted her ass yesterday and is back on set again today.

All jokes and press managers aside, the 'Glee' cast and crew all "really do want her to be able to succeed," and Lindsay was reportedly on set today to finish up her guest spot with no report of incident.

What say you?  Was Lindsay Lohan more trouble than she was worth, or the perfect addition for 'Glee,' drama and all?  Give us your take in the comments below!
