With 'Glee' season 4 a little over a month away from a September 13 premiere, we're bound to start seeing more and more from the ever-mysterious season that divides time between New York and Lima, Ohio.  Earlier today we caught our first look at actress Kate Hudson on the season 4 set with Lea Michele, and now it seems two more have been added to the Lima, Ohio side of things.  Who our are two new freshman femmes, and what kind of trouble might they cause?

TVLine is reporting that 'Glee's season 4 class has grown by two, as 'Homeland' star Melissa Benoist and Becca Tobin will join the cast on the McKinley high side of the show.  The pair of actresses will play new McKinley students Marley and Kitty, respectively, with both roles recurring as opposed to series regular.  Will they start out as rivals, or end up the new Brittany and Santana?

Benoist and Tobin join fellow new cast-mates Dean Geyer and Jacob Artist, though Geyer's role will take place in New York as a NYADA freshman with eyes for Rachel Berry.  Artist on the other hand will join the new girls in Ohio as Jake, younger half-brother to Noah "Puck" Puckerman.  Apart from the newbies, the only concrete casting of late is the upgrade of recurring star Chord Overstreet to series regular.

All told, nearly all 15 of ‘Glee’s series regulars from the third season will return in at least some capacity this year as the series moves between Ohio and New York. The series is also negotiating with ‘The Glee Project’ winners Alex Newell and Samuel Larsen to return for the fourth season, while Damian McGinty will not return immediately.

What say you?  Are you excited to meet 'Glee' season 4's new cast?  Will they have you breaking into song, or dying on stage?  Tell us what roles you think Marley and Kitty will play in the comments below!
