'Glee' season 4 has a lot of work ahead of it, considering all the news that's come out of Comic-Con 2012 as well as today's TCA Tour over how different the show will be when it pipes up again in the fall.  Earlier than that we learned that a few new series regulars would be added to fill the ranks, so what fresh faces will we see in the new season?  And for those of the original cast sticking around, how often will we see them?

According to new reports from TVLine, 'Glee' season 4's ever expansive cast has added two new faces to its ranks, who might cause trouble both back in Lima and the show's new setting of New York City.  Former 'Terra Nova' star Dean Geyer will sing his way through the New York side of the show as NYADA upperclassman Brody Weston, who presumably takes more than a vested interest in Rachel Berry.

Elsewhere, 'Blue Lagoon: The Awakening' star Jacob Artist has been tapped for the role of Jake, half-brother to 'Glee' bad-boy Noah "Puck" Puckerman.  Puck's younger brother had been previously announced as a character, with Geyer presumably representing the "male 20-something" character in the same announcement.  Yet to be officially cast is the role of a young high school girl, but reports suggest the show might turn to 'American Idol' runner-up Jessica Sanchez for the role.

But if those are our new faces, what of the old?  If every previous cast member is expected back in some capacity, how will screen-time be divided?  While it's believed that Lea Michele will be the only character present through every episode of the season, FOX president Kevin Reilly was able to clarify a bit at the TCA press tour:

I’ve read first three scripts and I’m very happy with how seamless [the transition] is. There’s going to be thematic linkages between the two [worlds].

We really have a core of some of the returning characters and some of the new ones that we’ll be servicing every week, and then limited deals with some of the other actors, who will be joining here and there through the season. I think it will make for a fun surprise [when they turn up].

Well, there you have it.  Do you think all of 'Glee's previous cast members should return, or are you excited to meet some new people?  What do you hope 'Glee' season 4 will be like?  Sing out your thoughts in the comments below!
