Gotham’ is as ‘Gotham’ does, and while the FOX Bat-prequel’s first 2015 installments weren’t entirely indicative of the series this city deserves, will “Welcome Back, Jim Gordon” right the course? Find out for yourself with the full photo set and three new clips from next week’s all-new ‘Gotham!’

Fish Mooney is fallen. Long live Fish Mooney. Er, while the character wasn’t exactly put on ice, this past week’s “What the Little Bird Told Him” certainly seemed to suggest that the Penguin (Robin Taylor) had taken flight on his rise through Gotham’s underworld, assuming command of Fish’s enterprises. Our first looks at this coming Monday’s ‘Welcome Back, Jim Gordon” see the future Batman villain making himself plenty at home, fielding favors from Gordon and showing off the new venue (hopefully retitled the Iceberg Lounge) to his mother.

Oh, and baby Bruce and Catwoman are back! Hooray. So sayeth FOX of next week’s “Welcome Back, Jim Gordon”:
