Warner Bros. has released the official 'Grudge Match' poster, on which the film's stars Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro are about to duke it out. Boy, Sly can't stay out of fights. First, he lands some punches on Arnold Schwarzenegger in 'Escape Plan,' and now this.

'Grudge Match' stars these two acting greats as former professional rival boxers who come out of retirement for one last winner-takes-all match. These two aging athletes, Billy “The Kid” McDonnen (De Niro) and Henry “Razor” Sharp (Stallone), were supposed to go head to head in the ring 30 years ago, but Razor announced his retirement on the eve of their third score-settling match.

Aside from placing these two front and center, the 'Grudge Match' poster also highlights some familiar names in the supporting cast, like Kevin Heart, Alan Arkin, Kim Basinger, and the former 'Walking Dead'-turned-'Mob City' star Jon Bernthal.

The 'Grudge Match' is set to go down this December 25. Since other more Oscar-friendly titles ('The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,' 'American Hustle,' 'August: Osage County') and action movies ('Jack Ryan' and '47 Ronin') are also hitting at that time, this film is looking to be the main family event of the holiday.
