Unless you live in Utah, much of the fun of NBC's 'Hannibal' lies in identifying references and homages to both the classic film series and author Thomas Harris' Hannibal Lecter novels. That scavenger hunt will take a huge leap forward in this Thursday's all-new episode "Entrée," in which Will Graham pays a visit to an awfully familiar Baltimore state hospital! Comedian Eddie Izzard also stars, so how would you like a first look at the most delicious 'Hannibal' episode yet?

NBC's 'Hannibal' might take place some years before the good Dr. Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) chats with Clarice Starling from inside a Baltimore State Hospital dungeon, but this Thursday's all-new episode "Entrée" will offer up a major appetizer of what's to come. Eddie Izzard guest stars as a convicted killer suddenly claiming to be the infamous "Chesapeake Ripper," but as you can imagine, Will Graham and Dr. Alana Bloom are more than a bit skeptical.

Of course, we know the Chesapeake Ripper to have a different identity altogether, so who is this mysterious killer stepping up to take the blame? And what about his endgame could put more than one character in a body bag by episode's end?

TVGuide managed to obtain the first sneak peek of "Entrée," which we've included below, so have a look at Thursday's latest 'Hannibal' episode, and give us your predictions in the comments! How long will it be before we find Hannibal behind some very-familiar bars?
