Hannibal Lecter has terrorized for years, beginning with 'The Silence of the Lambs,' where he made Jodie Foster -- and the audience -- very uncomfortable, all while sitting in a heavily-secured prison cell. He's not just physically dangerous; the good doctor knows how to get under your skin in more ways than one, and the way Anthony Hopkins speaks with such reptilian coolness is unnerving, to say the least. It chills us to the bone to think that this character is coming back in the upcoming show 'Hannibal.'
