HBO may not have had the same fanfare that AMC did this weekend with the premiere of 'Mad Men' season 6, but we got at least one major reason to watch the pay-cable network apart from a new 'Game of Thrones' episode. The latest full trailer for Steven Soderbergh's Liberace biopic 'Behind the Candelabra' has hit, chronicling the famed relationship between the glamorous pianist (Michael Douglas) and his younger lover Scott Thorson (Matt Damon), but how does HBO's latest buzz-worthy film stand up?

HBO has produced some incredible film over the last few years, but perhaps none have drawn as much attention as upcoming Liberace biopic 'Behind the Candelabra,' directed by Soderbergh and featuring a host of other stars. The pay-cable network has finally released a full trailer for the effort, which adapts from Scott Thorson's 1988 novel 'Behind the Candelabra: My Life with Liberace.'

In addition to Douglas and Damon as the film's titular characters, 'Behind the Candelabra' also boasts such incredible talent as 'Parks and Recreation's' Rob Lowe, 'Ghostbusters'' Dan Akroyd, Scott Bakula and Debbie Reynolds, near all of which are on display in full makeup in the trailer. Steven Soderbergh claimed that the film could be one of his last directorial efforts, but hopefully the acclaimed director will be back on set before too long.
