Early last week HBO finally lifted the veil on the coming second season of 'Girls,' utilizing the season's first trailer to offer new looks at characters played by Donald Glover, Rita Wilson and Patrick Wilson as well as our regular favorites Hannah, Jessa, Marnie and Shoshanna. While we wait for the second season of the Lena Dunham / Judd Apatow HBO comedy to premiere on January 13, the network has issued an official poster that, well, might hurt your eyes just a bit.

We hope you like Lena Dunham's face, because that's what you're getting! HBO has unveiled the official poster for 'Girls' season 2, and the titular ladies are nowhere to be found. Rather than the foursome shot from season 1 (hilariously turned into the infamous "Nepotism" poster), this one-sheet gets up close and personal with Hannah Horvath.

In addition to the trailer and photos of the coming season, we know that ‘Girls’ sophomore season will also include Rita Wilson as Marnie’s mother,  Patrick Wilson as a dreamy doc love interest of Hannah’s, Donald Glover as another new love interest for Hannah, and Shiri Appleby as a new romantic foil for Adam.

Be sure not to strain your eyes while you take a look at the poster for 'Girls' season 2 below! Will you tune in to the new season beginning January 13 on HBO?
