If you haven’t checked out the Duplass brothers’ unique HBO anthology Room 104, there’s plenty of vacancy next year. The network confirms the buzzy new drama centered around a lone motel room will book another stay with a Season 2 renewal.

The twelve-episode series is created and executive produced by Mark Duplass and Jay Duplass, with each episode following different characters of different eras who “pass through a single room of a typical American chain motel, ranging from comedy to drama to horror.” Says HBO:

Jay and Mark Duplass are gifted storytellers who have brilliantly reinvented the anthology series for the modern era. The format of ROOM 104 offers endless possibilities and opportunities for new talent to experiment, and I look forward to seeing where the series takes us.

The series was also among those leaked by the HBO hacks, though new episodes are still currently airing Friday nights. Recognizable cast for the series includes Melonie Diaz, Jay Duplass, Philip Baker Hall, Orlando Jones, Amy Landecker, Karan Soni, Tony Todd, James Van Der Beek, Clark Duke, Mae Whitman and Nat Wolff.

You can watch a trailer for the series below, and catch new episodes on Friday night.
