It's summer, and you know that that means on HBO!  The cable network has already dusted off their "Waiting Sucks" tagline for the latest season of 'True Blood,' and Aaron Sorkin fans are eager to get their first look at new drama 'The Newsroom.'  But precisely what days will be gluing us to our seats?

Waiting does indeed suck, but at least we know when it ends!  Today, HBO puts a cap on our suffering by announcing that the fifth season of 'True Blood' will premiere on Sunday, June 10, precisely one week after 'Game of Thrones' finishes up its astonishingly rated second-season.

Two weeks after the premiere of 'True Blood' season 5, on June 24 HBO will premiere Aaron Sorkin's new journalism drama 'The Newsroom.'  Set behind-the-scenes at a fictional cable news network, the series follows Jeff Daniels as anchor  Will McAvoy, Emily Mortimer as his new executive producer, his newsroom staff (Alison Pill, John Gallagher, Jr., Olivia Munn, Dev Patel, Thomas Sadoski) as well as their boss ('Law and Order's Sam Waterston).

We've included the latest trailer from 'True Blood's fifth (and final to feature series creator Alan Ball) below, and you can also get your first look at 'The Newsroom' here.  Let us know which one you're most looking forward to premiering in the comments below!
