Dennaton Games' critically acclaimed Hotline Miami will finally be making its way to the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita next week. Hopefully.

Originally slated for a spring release, it's been a while since we've heard anything about the console version of Hotline Miami. On Wednesday, after news broke about Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, the developer was hit with a flood of requests for an update on the PlayStation Network version of the smash hit indie game.

Though there's still not a price point attached (we're guessing $15), the good news is this console version will support cross buy. That means if you buy the PlayStation 3 version, you also get access to the Vita version for free, and vice versa.

The PlayStation Store updates every Tuesday, so PS3 owners don't have much longer to wait to finally get their hands on one of 2012's hottest games. Hopefully the sequel will find its way to the console, too.

Will you be picking up Hotline Miami on PSN?
