You'd better get used to seeing Kevin Spacey look dapper in a tuxedo, if you hadn't already.  Though the series won't debut until sometime next year, Netflix and acclaimed director David Fincher's original series 'House of Cards' (not to be confused with Showtime's 'House of Lies') is going to be around for awhile.  The video rental / streaming service has ordered a full two seasons of the drama before even airing, but how would you like a first look?

'House of Cards,' itself adapted from a British novel penned by former Conservative Party chief of Staff Michael Dobbs and previously adapted for a BBC miniseries, follows Kevin Spacey as a "wily, murderous politician worming his way to the White House." Screenwriter Beau Wilmon updates the setting from Dobbs' original novel, which followed an ambitious yet morally dubious British politician eying Margaret Thatcher's position as Prime Minister in her final days.

Joining Spacey is Robin Wright, who will portray the politicians' wife, who purportedly has ambitions of her own.  You can get your first look at both Spacey and Penn in character for for the first official shot from 'House of Cards' (courtesy of EW), looking all smiles at some kind of event, but you'll have to wait until 2013 to check out the series itself.

Let us know what you think, and if you'll watch the series in the comments!
