'Breaking Bad' star Bob Odenkirk has been around long enough, and played such a variety of guest spot that you've undoubtedly forgotten where you've seen him before, unless you were a 'Mr. Show' fan.  Case in point: playing Barney Stinson's Goliath National Bank boss Arthur Hobbs of 'How I Met Your Mother' seasons before 'Breaking Bad'  Odenkirk will return to 'How I Met Your Mother' season 8, only this time we'll be ready for him!

TVLine has announced that former 'How I Met Your Mother' star and current 'Breaking Bad' series regular Saul Goodman Bob Odenkirk has signed on for the eighth season of CBS' long-running comedy, reprising his role of Barney's (and at one point, Marshall's) GNB boss Arthur Hobbs.  Last seen in season 6, Hobbs will return in the season's second episode, when the man's corporate lawyer pseudo-represents Barney in his prenuptial negotiations with Quinn.

Yes, they're still going through with stories for Becki Newton's Quinn, even though we know - SPOILER ALERT - that Robin will be the one beside the altar on Barney's future wedding day.  Newton herself will take a leading role in FOX's upcoming sitcom 'The Goodwin Games,' also created by 'How I Met Your Mother' bosses Carter Bays and Craig Thomas.

Still set to be 'How I Met Your Mother's final year (not if CBS can help it), Odenkirk joins a number of famous faces reprising their roles for the eighth season, including 'True Blood's Joe Manganiello as Marshall's law-school friend Brad, Ashley Williams as Ted's one-time love interest Victoria, and 'Battlestar Galactica' vet Michael Trucco as Robin's previously unnamed crush.  Former 'Reno 911!' star Thomas Lennon will appear as Klaus, the man Victoria left at the altar for Ted in season 7 finale "The Magician's Code."

What say you?  Will Arthur Hobbs be 'Breaking Bad' (er, badder) in 'How I Met Your Mother' season 8?  Do you think next season, beginning September 24 will be the last?  Tell us what you'd like to see happen in the comments below!
