We're so glad they got this all sorted out because we seriously did not know how we could possibly live without knowing the title to the 'Hunger Games' sequel.

Are you ready for this? 'Catching Fire,' the sequel to this year's wildly successful film 'The Hunger Games,' will officially be titled 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.' Collider reports that Summit Entertainment (the house of 'Twilight') released an official announcement today regarding the title of the film.

It was touch and go there for a while. They could have named it 'Catching Fire' or 'The Hunger Games Part II' or 'Hunger Games: Assemble,' but no -- they went the straightforward route and really stuck the landing on this one.

After losing Gary Ross as a director, the studio went with Francis Lawrence, best known for 'I Am Legend.' It's a bold move considering Ross has already established the aesthetic of the series, and it'll be interesting to see what -- if anything -- changes between the two films, visually speaking. Michael Arndt ('Toy Story 3') was recently brought aboard to rewrite the script from Simon Beaufoy ('Slumdog Millionaire'). Already it seems like there's just too many cooks in that kitchen. Here's hoping they don't leave a big mess behind.

But hey, at least they figured out the title, right? That's a big step. We're so proud of you, Summit. You've made some big strides today. Now go get some rest because you've got a big movie to make.
