Activision and Infinity Ward will be officially debuting Call of Duty: Ghosts' first gameplay footage during the Xbox reveal event on May 21st. To get everyone excited for the latest entry in the incredibly successful franchise, the developer has given us a brief glimpse of what to expect.

Vine has become the go-to teaser format in recent months, with Bethesda and now Infinity Ward teasing major games with quick snippets. As a way to whet our appetites for Tuesday's big showing, Infinity Ward posted a few key frames of wire renders from the upcoming Call of Duty: Ghosts trailer on its Twitter.

While we don't get to see much, we can make out a few situations that should be showing up in the full trailer. There's an exploding building (which could be a church), and there's a sniper taking aim. You've got one soldier helping another soldier to his feet, and then there's the patrolling soldier in the jungle. The one facial render isn't really discernible, but we won't have much longer to wait to see what all the fuss is about when it comes to Ghosts.
