A new 'Iron Man 3' TV spot has arrived and it has us wondering: is there such thing as too much marketing? After all, it feels like at least half of the highly anticipated Marvel adventure has been released through trailers, spots and clips. That's a thought to chew on as you watch this new footage (which, like the others, is quite cool).

The new TV spot from Marvel Australia showcases the entire cast of the Shane Black-directed film, including franchise mainstays like Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle, but it also gives us a look at newbies like Ben Kingsley and Guy Pearce, who play the bad guys. We know the plot is loosely based on Warren Ellis' 'Iron Man: Extremis' storyline and finds Tony Stark going up against his greatest threat yet...well, other than the Chitauri army from 'The Avengers,' of course.

[UPDATE: Marvel has released another 'Iron Man 3' TV spot, and, in the same fashion, there's a few more seconds of new footage. Check it out in full below.]

We still don't know exactly what Kingsley's The Mandarin and Pearce's Aldrich Killian are really up to (or how a respected scientist met up with a powerful terrorist leader), but that's a mystery we'd like to see explained once we're seated in the theater. 'Iron Man 3' arrives on May 1, and hopefully there will still be a surprise or two in store for us!
