'Iron Man 3' is less than two months away, which is amazing to think about (wasn't it just yesterday we were lining up to see 'The Avengers' in theaters?). And with the film so close, you can expect to start seeing the marketing campaign heat up. As part of that, today we have the first 'Iron Man 3' TV spot: March Madness here we come.

This new 'Iron Man 3' TV spot is only :30 but does manage to squeak in some new footage in that generally short running time. But is this new TV spot something we'll actually see in the U.S.?

The clip in question was produced in conjunction with TCL Entertainment, a Chinese TV manufacturer that is maybe best known in America for buying the naming rights to Mann's Chinese Theater (now named the TCL Chinese Theater). It's all part of Marvel's plan to expand their popular brand into China (numerous scenes were filmed there and popular Chinese actor Xueqi Wang was cast in a pivotal role).

Even if this new 'Iron Man 3' TV spot doesn't air on TV screens, you can watch it now via the magic of the internets and you can bet that an official 'Iron Man 3' TV spot will start running during the NCAA tournament this month.
