Bryan Singer only recently discovered Twitter, and already he's following the behavior of fellow director Darren Aronofsky in that he's keeping us updated on all his latest movie projects. While we continue to wait for the latest news on his return to the 'X-Men' franchise in 'Days of Future Past,' Singer has revealed he's working on a new 'Jack the Giant Slayer' trailer and has shelled out some pics from it. But when will it hit?

Formerly known as 'Jack the Giant Killer,' Singer's imagining of the classic children's story follows our title hero, played by Nicholas Hoult ('X-Men: First Class,' the upcoming 'Warm Bodies'), as he unknowingly opens a gateway to the world of giants and unleashes them on the world.

While we already have seen an image or two of Hoult in full-on costume, how about a look at these fearsome giants? Singer recently tweeted that he's currently "Mixing the Jack the Giant Slayer trailer in time for Rise of the Guardians and The Hobbit," along with a couple of unofficial images from said trailer. Although no announcement has been made yet as to when exactly we'll get to see this footage, we're assuming it'll premiere along with 'Rise of the Guardians,' which is hitting theaters November 21.

In the mean time, check out the new 'Jack the Giant Slayer' pics below and let us know if you're excited for the trailer in the comments! The film is currently set to hit March 1, 2013.
