We've been impressed with Jennifer Lawrence for quite some time, but we're not the only ones. She was Oscar nominated for her work in 'Winter's Bone' and her performance in 'The Hunger Games' is partly why the film was a huge hit. But we didn't know she was a musician, and for her upcoming movie 'House at the End of the Street' she plays a guitar and does a little singing.

The film is set to open Friday, and it's the sort of exploitation movie that a lot of successful actresses make early in their career. Considering that Lawrence is likely to up for an Oscar again this year, we bet she'll be leaving this one off her resume. Indeed, it doesn't look like she was involved in this video at all and it was made from footage from the film. Still, she's got a good singing voice.

Here's the film's synopsis:

Seeking a fresh start, newly divorced Sarah (Oscar®-nominee Elisabeth Shue; Leaving Las Vegas, Piranha 3D) and her daughter Elissa (Oscar®-nominee Jennifer Lawrence; The Hunger Games, X-Men: First Class) find the house of their dreams in a small, upscale, rural town. But when startling and unexplainable events begin to happen, Sarah and Elissa learn the town is in the shadows of a chilling secret. Years earlier, in the house next door, a daughter killed her parents in their beds, and disappeared - leaving only a brother, Ryan (Max Thieriot, My Soul to Take), as the sole survivor.  Against Sarah's wishes, Elissa begins a relationship with the reclusive Ryan - and the closer they get, the deeper they're all pulled into a mystery more dangerous than they ever imagined.

And here's that music video:
