The 'American Idol' judging panel may soon be at least one member lighter -- sources are reporting that Jennifer Lopez has gotten her last case of 'Idol'-inspired "goosies" and is leaving the show.

While the two-season vet has said publicly that no decisions have yet been made about her future on the talent program, an insider told E! Online that Lopez is abandoning the lucrative gig because "she's just too busy."

Her world tour with Enrique Iglesias kicks off this summer and will likely keep her on the road through at least the end of the year -- overlapping with next year's 'Idol' auditions.

The busy mother of twins might have hinted at her departure earlier this week. "It is just like any working mom's dilemma," Lopez told E! at Monday's premiere of her new movie, 'What to Expect When You're Expecting.'

"It's tough. It's a balancing act. You put them first and then you have all these other things that you have to do, that you have to give your time to as well, and you have to make sure that they're OK in the process."

As for Fox, a source close to the production says "they love her" and "don't want her to leave." The big question, then, becomes how many zeros they're willing to put on a check to express their affection.
