New ‘Jessica Jones’ Poster Finally Promises First Trailer Friday
It’s time the world knew her name. Hell, it was time three weeks ago! At long last, Marvel’s Jessica Jones finally has a bead on a proper trailer, as new key art for the second of Netflix’s Defenders promises we’ll meet the down-and-out superheroine for real this coming Friday, October 23.
Netflix debuted the colorful key art for Marvel’s Jessica Jones, keeping to same comic-drawn motif as the concept art poster from New York Comic-Con. There’s nothing particularly revelatory among the artwork, though as we’ve seen alluded to before, something may have taken place at the notable intersection of Higgins and Birch.
Premiering all 13 episodes on November 20, Marvel’s Jessica Jones features Krysten Ritter in the title role, along with Mike Colter as Luke Cage, David Tennant as Zebediah Kilgrave, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, nd Rachael Taylor as Patsy “Hellcat” Walker. Run creatively by Melissa Rosenberg, the series also features in recurring roles Eka Darville as Jessica’s neighbor, Erin Moriarty as a client, and Wil Traval as a police officer, while Rosario Dawson has been confirmed to reprise her role as Claire Temple.
We’ll have a more in-depth look at Marvel’s Jessica Jones with a trailer Friday, but take in the latest photos and teasers below, and stay tuned for more from the November 20 premiere!
