FX's gunslinger drama 'Justified' would be nothing if not for its colorful villains, and 2014's fifth season has already proven in no short supply of new opponents for Raylan Givens. Following the announcement of Michael Rapaport's Crowe patriarch, 'Twilight' and 'X-Men: First Class' star Edi Gathegi and 'Friday Night Lights' vet Alicia Witt have been added to the list of obstacles in 'Justified' season 5, but who will either play?

Whereas Rapaport has been revealed to portray the Florida-based Crowe clan patriarch Dale Jr., Deadline reveals that Witt will play a paralegal and public face of the Crowe crime family, who outwits Raylan for Dale's freedom and "enjoys outmaneuvering the Kentucky lawman," presumably with sexy results. On the other side, Gathegi will take the role of Haitian criminal and Crowe employee Jean Baptiste, a former member of the Haitian secret police with a coldly merciless attitude seen in both running the family gator farm and disposing of unwanted creatures. (Hint, hint ...)

Elsewhere, we know of ‘Justified’ season 5 that the action will pick up with Boyd also desperate to get Ava out of prison, putting revenge on Lee Paxton (‘LOST‘’s Sam Anderson), Sheriff Mooney and Johnny Crowder (David Meunier) on the back burner. Raylan will have both his potential promotion and the long-awaited birth of his daughter to worry about, while showrunner Graham Yost previously expressed a desire to craft a new means of driving the character action beside the big bad and mystery approaches already used in recent seasons.

'Justified' season 5 won't come out of the holster until 2014, but in the meantime, tell us what you want to see from Raylan's new foes in the comments!
