This week on 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians,' the family has babies, pregnancies and boobs on the brains.

Kourtney nears her daughter's birth and scrambles to get the house in tip-top shape before her daughter's arrival. All the remodeling and organizing gets her pondering just how many kids she and Scott could fit in their California home. The thought sends Scott's blood pressure through the roof as he feels more and more like a baby producing machine to his girlfriend. The following day, under the radar, Scott visits his doctor to see what a vasectomy procedure is all about, thinking that might be his only option in order to put the kibosh on any more kids in the future.

When word leaks back to Kourtney about Scott's doctor visit, she was not too pleased being left in the dark. After discussing how they feel when they don't let each other in on their thoughts and concerns, the two bond even closer as they prepare to welcome the latest member into their growing family.

Meanwhile, Kris Jenner has her own doctor visits to get her breast implants from 1989 redone. The day of the surgery, Kris was a bit nervous, but was overly excited following her recovery. Excited to show everyone her new rack, she calls a family meeting, but her daughters were a bit freaked out by their mother trying to show her new boobs, stitches and all!

All the talk of babies gets Kim Kardashian considering her options down the road when she wants to start a family of her own. She schedules an appointment to go see a doctor of her own to see about freezing eggs now that she is over 30. Kim encourages her younger sister Khloe to accompany her to the doctor, that way she, too, can talk about why she is having a hard time getting pregnant with her husband of three years, Lamar Odom.

Kim's results from the doctor are better than what Khloe learns. Kim finds out she can start to freeze eggs whenever she is ready, should that be the road she wants to go down. However, Khloe's ultrasound shows that she is having a tough time ovulating, which could be the reason why after two years of trying, she and Lamar have failed at creating a baby.

The episode will continue next week, which will also take the viewers up close and personal with the delivery of Kourtney's new baby girl.
